Hi. I'm due in just days, and I've had numerous vaginal pains. One reason is the round ligaments are there as well. In my case, I had bad vaginal pains starting in week 35. The baby kept getting on a nerve, either sciatic or pudendal. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you're okay, but of course, do phone your doctor! When I developed a bad rash and didn't get a call back, I just went in, and my doctor fitted me in and took care of me. That's what doctors are there for. I'm sure yours wants you to have a wonderful outcome, and peace of mind would help you to do that. Good luck!
