Slight Vaginal PainsFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netFri, 28 Dec 2001 15:11:26 -0600 (CST)
First let me preface this email by acknowledging that I'm neurotic as well as pregnant. I'm 29 years old and 19 weeks pregnant with my first child and because I went through a miscarriage 8 months ago, I'm very nervous about this pregnancy. I just spent about an hour in the car and felt some mild pains in my vaginal area during the ride. I don't have any abdominal cramping and now the pains have stopped but after reading through the archives I'm now worried this may have something to do with my cervix. Is this anything to be concerned about or could it just be ligaments stretching? Advice appreciated. Thank you.
