I would go to Amazon.com and get the book Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It is my fertility bible and that of many women as well. You will never be able to put that book down and you wont believe all the information you will find out about trying to conceive "ttc" and your body and the signs to look for and all about the timming. I conceived my son in 4 months after taking 18 months to conceive my daughter and i owe it all to the knowledge i gained from that book! I also belong to a message board group of women ttc at parentsplace.com. Here is the link to all their message boards. You will love them.
