I am generally a 25 days cycle, occasionally I will go out to 28 days, I was due the 12/22, no period, today is the 12/28 and I've been spotting for 4 days, first dark brown and mucous like in texture and now the spotting is a light red but still only noticable after urinating. What's could possibly be going on? We are trying to concieve, a urine preg test came back negative, my Doctor sent me for a progesterone level test??? What is this for? Please someone give me an idea of what might possibly we going on?
