I there not a doc but do not take ASA (aspirin) no Advil type stuff either! From my understanding can cause bleeding and other not desirable effects! I think tylenol is the only proven safe thing. Call your doctor, he/she might be able to give you something that will be safer and more effective!( than the tylenol) Merry Christmas
