I am 24 wks pregnant and have had diarrhea almost constantly (let's say 3 or more days per week) since the very early weeks. It is only in the morning when I get up - I have to run to the bathroom right after I get out of bed. In contrast, I was very constipated my other two pregnancies right from the beginning and the constipation did not go away until a week or so after the delivery. I have always had an irritable stomach. Could this diarrhea be caused by the pregnancy? Or do I need to have this checked out?
