I am not a doctor, but until a doctor replies to your message, I think you should know that Aspirin is a blood thinner and can mess up all sorts of stuff when you are pregnant. For instance, the uterine lining is made of blood. If it is thinned out, that can't be good. I, too, suffer from what I refer to as "gestational arthritis," and tylenol really doesn't help me, either. I just live with it. Good luck, but until you get a real medical opinion, I think you should hold off on the Aspirin!
