I am 28wks pregnant. After I walk my dog, I always feel "tight" and I always have burning cramps that don't last too long in my lower abdomen, on the left and right sides, above my underwear line. I lie down for a while, and they fade..what could it be? Also, I woke up the other night with regular menstrual cramps. I had these throughout pregnancy early on, but I thought it was strange to get them at 28wks, or is it normal?? Thanks!!
