Feel like I am being shocked

Well, it is not just below my belly button, but a alot lower and to the right.. The doc that responded said that he didn't think it was pregnancy related, because the baby is a lot lower.

Well, now that I am clarifying that it is lower, I was feeling and occassionally still am, twinges that feel almost like I am being shocked. It kind of jolts me when it happens. They are like quick twinges, but don't feel like the normal ligament stretching I had been feeling.

Does this sound like pregnancy related to you? And, if not, what does it sound like?
