I am 14+ weeks, and tonight for the last 10 minutes or so, i have been getting these twinges to the lower right of my belly button that feel like I am being zapped. They stop me in my tracks. They happen every 5-10 minutes or so.

I have been feeling ligament pain, and this is quite different as it shocks me.

Any idea what this is? Anything to be concerned about, other than the fact that I can't rest because it startles me every time it happens?
