This means that 90% of those babies who are breech will turn an ODD number of times between 28 and 40 weeks. At 28 weeks, babies are still spinning around in a fairly large pool of water. I have even had one baby that was breech on exam, then 30 minutes later was vertex by X-Ray and 4 hours later delivered a breech. So they can even turn during labor although that is extremely rare.
