To JOY and DOC ... what is happening???

Joy, gosh, thank U for showing such concern. I can hear your kindness in your words. But U know what's weird Joy and Doc??? As soon as I got home I had put a tampon in and 2 hrs. later it felt like I really had no room in there and was a little uncomfortable, so I took it out. It barely had anything on it. Was dry pulling it out. I don't have any pads, so I just put a wad of TP there, because I wanted 2 get an idea just how much I was bleeding. After another 2 hrs. of just the toilet paper there, there is absolutely nothing on it. Bizarre as this may sound, I actually put my finger in there and swooshed it around 2 see if there was anything and all there was, was a very tiny dot of it on the tip of my fingernail. The rest of my finger was completely dry. I have checked and rechecked several times and there's nothing. My periods are so heavy that I have 2 change my tampon every 2 hours, because they're falling out from heavy blood flow. I have very mild cramping right now and a slight lower backache, but only a dot of blood by my cervix at this time. I wasn't due 2 start until tomorrow. Could I have been so stressed about this that I caused this, or perhaps some type of implantation bleeding? Yes, I'm grasping at straws, but it's a fact that the bleeding has stopped, at lest for now. I suppose it could start back up later on. Am I losing my mind here, or what? BTW, color was medium. Neither bright nor dark. Looked like it had that same white creamy discharge that I had prior mixed with it on the mostly dry tampon. Anybody???
