I had an ultrasound and blood test yesterday after spotting from 11 days past ovulation until now, I am currently 22 days past ovulation. I took a HPT at 13 days past ovulation after big dip and then rebound in basal body temps on 12 days past ovulation and it was positive. Spotting had been mostly brown and light, only when I wiped, until 2 nights ago when I had an episode of cranberry colored blood that was heavier, not heavy enough to fill a pantyliner though. The technician doing the ultrasound said she could find "nothing" and that I should be prepared to bleed more. I talked to nurse this morning and she said that my HCG level was 844 and progesterone was 27 and that the dr wanted me to come back in so that he could do an ultrasound instead of a technician and then he wanted to consult with me. She didn't say anything about another blood test. I should have asked her questions, but didn't and now I am wondering what the dr is going to be looking for. Any ideas?
