ProgesteroneFrom: Angela (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 19 Dec 2001 09:02:50 -0600 (CST)
Dear Dr. I wrote a couple a weeks ago about my progesterone levels beings at 7.8 at 6 weeks 4 days, but I had a visible heartbeat. I started the progestoerone pills on a Friday and by Wednesday the cream was available so I started that. I had a progesterone level test done that next day and it came to be at 34. Then that Friday I had another u/s and the baby was right on target 7 weeks 6 days and heartbeat strong. I have continued on the cream. My question is am I creating havoc by changing from the pills to the cream? The cream is just much easier because it is only once a day, where the pills is four times a day. I just want to make sure I keep my levelsj up. Another queation. I had the flu shot becasue I didn't know I was pregnant. I am 8 weeks 4 days now and I had the flu shot the Thursday before Thanksgiving week. Should I worry? ( I don't get my periods on a regular basis that is why I didn't know if I was pregnant).
