About your cramps...I had VERY painful episodes that went away on their own...they were normal ligament and uterine stretching pains. I was freaked, though, and called my doc...he said they are normal. He didn't even want to see me. He just said, "Yes, Dear, these types of symptoms are very normal for a woman at your stage." And, low and behold, they went away...I haven't had them for a few days now. But they were PAINFUL! I think there is some reason why they don't rush to examine us...maybe it would disrupt something. Hang in there, you're almost there!
