If your nausea is manageable and you aren't losing weight, I wouldn't worry too much. But if you are absolutely miserable, read below:

I second the zofran. I have lost 30 lbs and am 19 weeks pregnant. Zofran is the only thing that allows me to get my head off the pillow and eat a bit. Also, YOU MUST EAT! Sounds crazy and I never believed it. (I thought - ARE YOU CRAZY? I'm too darn sick to drink - let alone eat!!) It took lots of forced feedings to convince me that it is necessary or you will never feel better. Stick to carbohydrates (starchy, bread - potatoes - etc, and sugars) They digest the easiest and aren't too hard on your stomach. Add protein as you can. Fresh dairy is the worst for nausea. Citrus, tomatoes, grapes, fats, oils, and some meats aren't too great. Peanut butter is a good source of protein. Chicken and turkey aren't too bad if you start with small amounts. I've been throught this so much, I feel like I could be a nutritionist. PS Zofran comes in pill form and also can be pumped into your leg (subcutaneously) if you're really sick, like me. It's very expensive, so good insurance is a plus!!! Good luck. Ann
