I am 13 weeks, and I have been having pains on the sides below my belly button that feel like stress pains. They are mostly on the sides, but I have had some radiate slightly towards the center. Is the fact that once in a while I feel it in the center, troubling?

If they do have somewhat to do with stress is this a problem?

I have had 3 m/c's, so I am very anxious til my next appt. I am trying to be calm, but these pains seem involuntary.
