Kat, I have been having the same problem for a few weeks (I'm 36w now). It sounds ridiculous, and it is, but try peeing while standing up, into a cup or a disposable diaper or something. I can empty my bladder *so* much easier this way. When I sit I usually can't void anything at all. It helps me to lean back a bit (think of a man at a urinal's posture).

The only way I can pee while sitting is if I lean way back (rest my back on the tank, basically) and scoot my bottom forward on the toilet, but this isn't as effective as just standing up.

I hope that helps.
