decreased fetal movements and an accidental blow to uterus

My dh accidentally jumped into bed, right on top of my uterus the other night. The pain was so severe that I actually vomited. Since then, I have noticed less fetal movement (I am 28 weeks pregnant). The baby is moving and I am able to count 10 kicks within an hour, but it seems like it takes longer to get to 10 kicks whereas before I would be able to count 10 kicks in 5-10 minutes. And the movements are not as strong as before.

Should I be concerned? It has been 2 days so far.

thanks in advance!
