I had a c-section 4 weeks ago. I had pretty much quit bleeding a week ago, but now I've started bleeding again. The discharge is red but only enough to warrant the use of a panty liner. Is this ebb and flow normal, or is this an indication that I'm overexerting myself? Other than this annoyance, I feel great. . .
