I wrote asking why aromatherapy lotions would cause contractions. Here are the ingredients:

Purified Water Glceryl Alcohol Cetyl Alcohol Sunflower Oil Methyl Paraben Propyl Paraben Rosewater Amber Rosin

Essential Oils of: Lemon, Rose, Lavender, Carrot Seed.

I forgot to ask my Dr. if it was just the scent that relaxes you so much or what? Cuz if so I use Aromatherapy candles throughout my house also and wondering if I should avoid them as well as the lotions? Thanks for any help on this!
