While loss dues to miscarriage drops at or around 12 weeks its not a magic number. Sometimes a pregnancy is lost due to a chromosome or trisomy problem or maybe even Preterm labor. The list goes on. I totally understand your worries as I have had losses myself all in the second trimester. What I have learned from my experiences is to enjoy every day of your pregnancy and not worry about things in advance. In otherwords don't borrow trouble because analyzing it ahead of time does not change what will or won't happen. One step at a time!

Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy
