39 weeks and baby still not dropped

Hi there. I'm now just over 39 weeks and the baby (my first) has yet to drop. The little one is head down with just one-fifth of his head in my pelvis, a position the baby's managed to maintain for several weeks.

Given the above, what are the odds that I will deliver: (a) on time; and (b) naturally? I'm worried that I'm going to run past my due date and will have to be induced. Is this likely? Thanks as always.
