8 wks and morning sickness vomiting

Hi. I am 8 weeks pregnant and have been nauseous and vomiting every day
for the past two weeks. However I rarely vomit food it is almost always
mucus and what i think is bile (it looks like egg yolks). Is this
something that is common? Is there anything I can try to prevent it?
