I'm very thin 23inch waist(not much fat on my abdomen at all) At 11 weeks when I was naked I could feel and see my growing uterus and had felt uncomfortable in my form fitting ultra low waisted jeans. No one else could tell (except my husband and doctor) Soon after I started wearing stretch pants (not maternity tho) I didn't wear maternity clothes until about 6 months. For me before 11 weeks I think it was mostly bloating.
