Antigen M and Pre term labor

I am 5 weeks pregnant with child number two. When I was pregnant with my son (3 years ago) I tested postive for Antigen M at 12 weeks and my Ob monitored it throughout my pregnancy. I also went into preterm labor with him at 32 weeks and was put on bedrest and Breathine.

Could this antigen show up in this pregancy? My son's Dr. was unable to give me any information due to the rarity of Antigen M. I have found no information on the internet.

Could I be considered "high risk"?

I see my Dr. in two days, the only problem is my old Ob left the state and I was forced to go to a new doctor. Any information would be extremly helpful.

Thank you in advance. Amy
