I have been having chronic pain from an accident which has upped my over all level of stress and blood pressure. I am undergoing physical therapy for the injury, but I'm worried that the nonstop pain can interfere with conception, as we've been trying for 7 cycles straight without luck. I know I'm being obsessive, but I can't help but worry. Can elevated blood pressure (not high blood pressure — just elevated to 131/91 from my norm of 90/70) affect conception? My doctor think the blood pressure is fine because its in the normal range, but it is definately high for me, and I can feel it, so that is why I'm worried.
