I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins. I am recently experiencing a very thin discharge that makes my mini pad yellow. The smell is unpleasant to me and I can smell it through my clothes. It is making me nervous that others can smell it. However, I don't have any irritation. Are there cases of vaginitis without irritation? Could this be urine that fouls over the day? Do I need to do something about it? PS in monogomous marriage for 5 years/clear of stds.
