I am not a doctor, only speaking from personal experience. I had a chemical pregnancy and conceived 2 weeks after passing the "tissue". Doctors advise waiting, but with my fertility issues (or lack of) Doc assumed it would be months before conceiving. I now have a 4 yr old healthy daughter. I understand they are very common and because pregnancy tests are so sensitive now, we find out we are pregnant & not long ago would have thought it was just a late period. I am sorry for your loss.
