Follow up to bp question

I understand that usually labor would be induced with high bp and pre-eclampsia, but my dr wants to wait until my cervix is "more ready", as she put it yesterday. She said maybe next week or the week after. She won't let me go past my due date which is 12/13. I'm just getting worried about the baby (we've had a m/c and part of me wonders if this baby will be ok)and am wondering if I am worrying for no reason. That's why I was asking what happens to the baby when my bp bounces all over the place.
