not high at all, especially iwth first trimester D&Cs

there are subtle changes that can be picked up on ultrasound

it is a good sign, and agian, your risks aren't that high

most of the losses due to incompetent cervix I've seen have been after
cervical conizations or LEEPS and not after D&Cs
