Eavesdropping.... I think what the doc is getting at is that it might very well have been that the sperm that got you pregnant were still hanging around from your October 13 or 14 "sessions". OR there might have been some escapees on the night you used withdrawal that made you pregnant. It happens a lot that withdrawal just doesn't work! There's absolutely no way of knowing which encounter made you pregnant. What matters is that you conceived on October 18. Whether it was from sex on the 13th or the 18th, your due date wouldn't be affected. The embryo obviously doesn't start to grow until conception takes place. Based on your information, I think you can rule out the "deposits" made on Oct 21 and 22, simply because ovulation had probably already taken place and the egg just doesn't last that long. Are you curious because you want to know what Shettles Theory would predict as the sex? I'm afraid you'll just have to wait and see! :-) Anyway, not very many babies actually arrive on their due date! A rough estimate is all you need. Happy and Healthy 9 Months to you!
