Hello Denise I have had the IUI done and did get pregnant, I miscarried later (we are unsure why, maybe progesterone). My husband's sperm count has ranged from 600,000 to 18 million depending when it was tested. My fertility specialist told me we needed at least a million, and if it was over 3 million it did NOT increase the chances of getting pregnant. I don't know why, but that is what he told me. You also had 3 mature follicles which is great. GOOD LUCK! Michelle
