How much is too much Tylenol#3?

I am almost 20 weeks. About 4 weeks ago, I was treated for pneumonia with/cefuroxime and Tylenol#3 for severe cough and chest pain. I took the Tylenol#3, 2 tabs at night for about 5 nights. I took it on occasion after the initial acute infection improved, as needed for continued cough, mostly at night(maybe every 5 days at the most). Now, I have developed another upper respiratory infection w/fever 100-101, nasal discharge, headache, and again, severe coughing. OB wants to hold off on antibiotics since I just finished cefuroxime about 3 weeks ago. OB did prescribe Tylenol#3 for cough at night, a cough medicine called Hycodan, or Bendadryl as needed. I was told that all of these meds are safe--but I'm concerned about addiction in the baby. How much is too much? I want relief from my symptoms, but want a healthy, non-addicted baby more.Should I just stick to Benadryl? I'm just a little concerned about the narcotics use. Any advice is most appreciated.
