Hi, I had a u/s at 7 weeks, h/b was 155. Another u/s at 9 wks, h/b 175-180! The technician told me this is completely normal - the heartrate surges around 9 weeks and then settles down again throughout the pregnancy. I'm in my 18th week, and the h/r is now in the lower 160s. You sound perfectly normal to me!
