Have you had genetic counseling for you and hubby? If the pregnancies keep failing at the same time, somebody (you and hubby) may have a translocated gene, or something that is causing the repeat losses. I only ask because the genetic testing is usually a step beyond normal infertility workups, and sounds like something you may want to explore, if you haven't already.
