Stephanie, another thing to ask your friends & relatives is how the office handles sick visits, etc. What I mean is if the doctor makes it easy for your baby to be seen if he/she gets sick. A sick baby is very stressful and you will want to know that you can call or take the baby in when you think it is necessary. Although personality, etc. is very important, so is availability. Good Luck!! :o)
