I'm not a doc but I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I hope that the surviving twin enjoys a healthy pregnancy and birth. I can't imagine that you did anything wrong - my understanding is that the fetuses take what they need first, even if the mom goes without. I hope that the docs will set your mind at peace that this was just a tragic accident, and not something you did.
