Hi Fc, I think that hemorroids are common at any stage but more so when heavily pregnant because of the extra pressure. I have had a problem with constipation (currently 12 weeks just over pregnant) and my dr said that it was a combination of my prenatals and the progesterone which my body is producing. My dr suggested drinking lots and lots of water and prescribed a stool softener (colace). These things both helped a lot. Good Luck
