Morning Sickness the causes and when will it end!!!!

Hi,
what actually causes morning sickness????
And when does it usually end?
It wouldn't be so bad if I knew it would end at a specific time of day,
but for me I have it ALL DAY and ALL NITE, I can barely function.
I have tried sea bands and also taking extra B6, any other suggestions
to help relieve it a little.
