I had a miscarriage at almost 4 weeks dpo. I saw my doctor and through u/s, he determined that I don't need d&c. Now, I ovulated 20 days after the day serious cramping began.

I am 31 and worried that I might miscarry again. What precautions should I take now for future. Are their any tests I should think about in order to determine if what could have caused it (progestrone level etc.). What isthe medical procedure to determine the cause of miscarriages and prevent them. I understand that it takes 3 m/c to start diagnosing. But are their no cases when it can be done earlier.
