IPS - or Possibly Pg?

A month ago I tested a faint positive at a local clinic. I went in on a Sat (Nov 6)for a UTI, came out pg! We've been trying for 2 months.

Anyway, 2 days later at (14dpo) I had a qualitative bt that came out negative. My dr. thinks the cramping I've been feeling for about 3 weeks now is my IBS. I think he's wrong! My IBS usually hits me when I eat something I shouldn't, not when I'm stressed.

I've been exhausted, my breasts have been sore now for almost 3 weeks, (usually they are sore for about 5 days prior to AF). They are really really sore, to the point where I almost wore a bra to bed last night! I've been having off and on mild cramping like AF is coming, but so far nothing and I've been peeing alot lately.

Anyway, my lmp was Oct 2, but I did have a very light one for 3 days on Oct 29-31, not normal for me anyway. Not much blood, and very severe cramping. I've started a new chart and it says I've ovulated, but my LP is unusually long for me (I only have a 6 day LP normally), today I'm at 11 dpo, according to my chart, with excessively high temps for me. I also took some B6 for 3 weeks to lengthen my LP, so this could also be the cause, could it not?

Should I test again, or just wait for a week and see if AF shows up? I can wait, but is there even a possibility that I'm pg, considering all this? Here's a link to my last two months charts, if they help any?
