Temp drop after several +++ hpts...Please help!

I found out I was pg last Sunday (11/18). I have since taken 6 home
tests, all +++ and today is now 19 dpo. I kept temping, I should have
probably stopped. All week my temps remained high, in the 99.0-99.4
range. My coverline is 98.0. Today my temp was 98.4. My breasts are
still sore, I have no cramping or spotting and I tested ++ today with
one of the least sensitive tests I could find. Can temps fluctuate
while pregnant or is this a sign of impending m/c? I am overly anxious
as I m/c in September at 14 weeks. Please give me your thoughts.
