Hi Carla, I know that there are a lot of measurement theories etc out there, but I found that a IVF site was really helpful. It gives crl measurements and says that they should be accurate to plus/minus iweek in order for the pregnancy to be ok...I think that takes into consideration the margin of error also. (For 10w4d it would be around 37.0mm) I have put the URL below...Hope it helps :.) Best wishes...K
