bbt and ewcm not matching?

I was wondering if it is possible if I ovuated on day 21 according to my chart and cm or based on my temps has it been an anovulatory cycle? Our central heating was out of order for 2 weeks and only came back on wed 14th of nov, is it possible that this would interfere with my bbt,it was very very cold!!!

I would be grateful if you would look at my chart and tell me in you think it was an anovulatory cycle
