Sex and early pregnancy

I am 7 weeks pregnant (just saw the heartbeat today -- yeah!!), but have had three miscarriages this year. As you can guess I am pretty nervous about how well this pregnancy will progress. I have two questions for all the knowledgable people out there:

1. Now that I've seen the heartbeat, do I have a reduced chance of miscarriage and if so, by how much approximately 2. I've been holding off on having sex (full pelvic rest) just on the off-chance that could trigger a m/c. Are my fears unfounded or is there a correlation in some people between sex and m/c?
