I group of your obstetrician and perinatologist. I would certainly really about intrauterine growth retardation, and preterm labor, especially if you get degeneration of the fibroid. This is definitely a high-risk pregnancy, and do not hesitate to call either your obstetrician or perinatologist if you have a problem. good luck.
