Things change in the course of pregnancy. It just may be the you need sleep, but it may be that you are not drinking enough fluid therefore you could be relatively hypovolemic. As with the last post, make sure drinking enough fluid so that your urine is very clear, and with an increase in fluid loading may increase your oxygen transportation and feel better
