Most often this represents concentrated urine, which is caused by slight dehydration. Since the blood vessels dilate so greatly in pregnancy, even slight decrease in intake can cause a relative hypovolemia. If you not havingto urinate for four hours, it definitely means are not drinking enough fluid.
