There are alternatives to antihistamines for allergies. Ask you doctor about trying a nasal corticosteroid spray, like Flonase or Vancenase, etc. These are available by prescription only and shouldn't affect cervical mucus, since they are not anti-histamines. Also, there is an anti-allergy spray you can get over the counter called Nasalcrom-it's safe during pregnancy and works to prevent allergies before they start- it's best when started a couple of weeks before your allergy season begins. For the itchy eyes, ask your doctor about anti-allergy eye drops that contain the same substances as in the nasal sprays.
